This is our picture perfect Petti Skirt. The waist band is Baby Girl Pink with a pretty pink satin bow. The skirt is white satin with lots of cute little black dots, and the trim at the bottom is baby girl pink tulle. This skirt is fully lined with a soft pink mesh. This skirt looks great with our new Boutique Black Bow with Pink Polka Dots. These come in Small, Medium and Large. We recommend you hand wash cold and hang dry the pettiskirts.The measurements are:
